Dr. Don A. Eberhart was raised in the suburbs of southern California and attended the University of California, San Diego where he received a Bachelor of Science in biology with minors in psychology and art history. After taking a few months to travel through Europe, Dr. Eberhart attended the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco, where he graduated with honors. Having spent his entire life in California, he decided to change things up and headed to Arizona to begin practicing dentistry.

Dr. Eberhart takes pride in providing his patients with the latest technology in a state-of-the-art office. Some of this technology includes CEREC, which allows him to make crowns in one appointment (without the goopy impression material), digital X-rays, which use 90 percent less radiation than standard X-rays, and 3D cone beam technology, which provides 3D X-rays for more difficult cases that require the utmost in precision.

Learning and teaching have always been passions for Dr. Eberhart. Since 2011, he has been a mentor at the world-renowned Scottsdale Center for Dentistry, where he helps train practicing dentists how to use CEREC technologies. Being a mentor also allows him to learn about new advances and technologies before they are released. Dr. Eberhart has been practicing in the West Valley for over 18 years and is a member of the American Dental Association, the Arizona Dental Association and the Central Arizona Dental Association. He is a dedicated fan of the Arizona Cardinals (Rise Up Red Sea!) and values spending time with his wife, two sons and daughter exploring Arizona and participating in various outdoor activities.

Dallas Paul, DMD

Originally from outside of Las Vegas, Dr. Paul and his family traded the Mojave Desert in for the Sonoran Desert last summer, staying true to their love of the desert. He is excited to get to know our community, one patient at a time. It is his goal to care for each person in a way that goes beyond the teeth by helping them understand what is involved in the procedures that they need. Dr. Paul finds joy in giving each patient the individualized and high-quality care they deserve.

After completing his undergraduate studies at Utah Valley University with a major in biology, he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine. As a life-long student, Dr. Paul continues to expand his knowledge base and increase his skills through many different forms of continuing education. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association, Central Arizona Dental Society and Academy of General Dentistry. Prior to joining Dental Arts of Surprise, he practiced in Pagosa Springs, CO, and Goodyear, AZ.

Dr. Paul and his wife have been married for over 10 years. As she is a hygienist, most dinner conversations often revolve around dentistry. They stay very busy chasing around their three boys and enjoy anything and everything outdoors — especially hiking, riding bikes, running and Little League Baseball. When he’s not at the office or exploring with his wife and boys, Dr. Paul is an avid sports enthusiast and loves staying up to date in the world of sports!

Dr. Ben Darvishan was raised in Southern California’s San Fernando Valley and attended college at the University of California, San Diego, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in biology. He attended dental school locally at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Glendale. During his four years at Midwestern, Dr. Darvishan fell in love with the Phoenix area and chose to make the west valley his home.

An avid learner, Dr. Darvishan is a member of Spear Education and CEREC Doctors, which provide continuing education that keep him up to date on the latest techniques and materials, enabling him to continually expand his knowledge and perfect his dental skills. Just as he enjoys learning, he also has a passion for teaching and serves as an adjunct faculty at his alma mater, where he teaches first- and second-year dental students. In the office, Dr. Darvishan enjoys getting to know his patients on a personal level and strives to make their appointments as comfortable as possible.

Dentistry follows Dr. Darvishan wherever he goes, as his fiancée is a dentist as well. At home, you will find them trying to keep up with their three dogs: Aries (goldendoodle), Millo (Terrier Poodle) and the smallest yet rowdiest of all, Shelby (shih-poo). Dr. Darvishan is a sports enthusiast and enjoys playing basketball, softball and golf. When he isn’t playing sports, you’ll find him watching sports and cheering on his favorite teams and players.
